邵平，1983年生，历史学博士，西北大学叙利亚研究中心研究员，主要从事中东史外交史等研究，主持教育部哲学社会科学研究重大课题攻关项目子课题、陕西省社会科学基金项目等课题，先后发表主要论文《“一带一路”倡议与叙利亚经济重建》；《2018年叙利亚战乱中的医疗设施与国际人道主义援助》；《中外学界关于古叙利亚文明史研究述评》等。

Shao Ping, born in 1983, Ph.D in History, is a researcher at the Syria Research Center of Northwest University. She mainly researches the history of Middle Eastern diplomacy and other related topics. She has hosted a sub-project of the key project of Philosophy and Social Sciences of the Ministry of Education, and hosted the Shaanxi Social Science Fund Project “Research on the Current Situation of Education for Middle Eastern International Students in Shaanxi Universities and International Education Cooperation Path”. She has published several major papers, including The Belt and Road Initiative and Syria’s Economic Reconstruction, Medical Facilities and International Humanitarian Aid in the Syrian War in 2018, and A Review of Domestic and Foreign Research on Ancient Syrian Civilization.
