李玮，1984年生，政治学博士、西北大学中东研究所副教授。海国图智研究院副秘书长、国观智库高级研究员、西北大学丝绸之路研究院特约研究员、西北大学叙利亚研究中心研究员。以色列中以学术交流促进会（SIGNAL）高级研究员，土耳其伊斯坦布尔阿雷尔大学和伊朗阿拉梅赫塔巴塔巴伊大学联合论坛学术委员会委员。研究方向为中东地区国际关系、极端主义和反恐、以色列研究。发表中英文学术论文及咨询报告上百篇，其中29篇报告获省部级以上单位采纳，多篇报告获正国级和省部级以上领导批示。主持并参与国家和省部级项目10余项。

Li Wei, born in 1984, Ph. D in Political Science, serves as an associate professor at the Institute of Middle Eastern Studies at Northwest University, Deputy Secretary-General of Intellisia Institute, a senior research Fellow at Grandview Institution, a special researcher of Institute of Silk Studies at Northwest University and a researcher of Syria Research Center at Northwest University. He is also a senior research fellow of Sino-Israel Global Network & Academic Leadership(SIGNAL) and a member of Academic Committee of the Joint Forum of Istanbul Areal University in Turkey and Allameh Tabataba'i University in Iran. His research interests include international relations in the Middle East, extremism and counter-terrorism, and Israeli studies. He has published hundreds of academic papers in both Chinese and English and consulting reports, 29 of which have been adopted by departments at or above the provincial and ministerial levels. His multiple reports have been approved by leaders at the national and provincial levels. He has hosted and participated in more than 10 national and provincial level projects.
