马帅，1989年生，长江师范学院政治与历史学院教师，南开大学历史学院博士毕业，西北大学叙利亚研究中心特约研究员。研究方向为中东近现代史、中东政治与国际关系。先后在《中东研究》《新经济》《西亚非洲》《西北大学学报》《陕西师范大学学报》等CSSCI及中文核心期刊发表论文多篇，获奖论文4篇，编著图书《“一带一路”国别概览·科威特》，参编图书4部，参与国家级、省部级科研项目3项。

Ma Shuai, born in 1989, is a teacher at the School of Politics and History of Yangtze Normal University. He graduated with a Ph.D from the School of History of Nankai University and is a guest researcher at Syria Research Center of Northwest University. His research is on the modern history of the Middle East, Middle Eastern politics and international relations. He has published several papers in CSSCI and Chinese Core Journals such as Middle East Studies, New Economy, West Asia and Africa, Journal of Northwest University, Journal of Shaanxi Normal University. He has four award-winning papers. He has compiled the book Belt and Road Countries- (Kuwait Overview), participated in editing four books, and three national and provincial level scientific research projects.
