张敏，西北大学外国语学院副教授、硕士生导师，留英文学博士，国家留学基金委青年骨干项目赴英访问学者，西北大学叙利亚研究中心特约研究员、陕西省翻译协会理事、陕西省文旅厅专家库专家。主要研究方向为文学翻译、比较文学、跨文化传播及区域国别学。近五年来主持教育部人文社科项目2项、陕西省社科基金项目等科研项目十余项。发表各类学术论文30余篇，其中1篇获得陕西省第十六次哲学社会科学优秀成果奖三等奖。出版英文和中文专著各1部，主编及参编专业教材5部，参与翻译译著11部，其中《山地故事》英译获得2019年陕西省高校人文社科优秀成果二等奖，《中国历史文化导论》英译获得西安市第九次社科成果一等奖，多次获得省级以上教学奖励。

Zhang Min, Associate Professor and Master’s Supervisor at the School of Foreign Languages, Northwest University. She got her PhD in Comparative Literature and was a visiting scholar to the University of Wales, UK, funded by CSC. She is a special researcher of Syria Research Center at Northwest University, member of council of Shaanxi Translation Association, expert of Shaanxi Provincial Department of Culture and Tourism. Her main research interests include literary translation, comparative literature, cross-cultural communication, and area studies. In the past five years, she has presided over 2 humanities and social science projects of the Ministry of Education and more than 10 scientific research projects like the Social Science Fund projects of Shaanxi Province. She has published more than 30 academic papers, one of which won the third prize of the 16th Shaanxi Province Philosophy and Social Science Excellent Achievement Award. She has published 1 English monograph and 1 Chinese monograph, edited 5 textbooks and published 11 translated works among which the English translation Mountain Stories won the second prize in 2019 Shaanxi Province University Humanities and Social Science Outstanding Achievement Award, and An Introduction to Chinese History and Culture won the first prize of the 9th Xi’an Social Science Achievements Award. She has also won teaching awards at or above the provincial level for many times.
