卫玲，女，陕西西安人，博士研究生学历，现任西北大学经济管理学院博士生导师，三级教授。主要从事区域经济学、乡村振兴、“一带一路”的研究、实践与教学。

兼任中国工业经济学会常务理事、全国区域科学研究会常务理事理事兼“一带一路”学术委员会副主任、陕西省区域经济研究会常务理事等。发表学术论文70余篇。完成国家社会科学基金项目、教育部人文社会科学研究项目、陕西省社会科学基金项目等12项科研课题，曾荣获陕西省哲学社会科学优秀成果奖、西安市哲学社会科学优秀成果一等奖、陕西省高校人文社科一等奖等多项奖励。

Wei Ling, female, a native of Xi'an, Shaanxi Province and boasting a doctoral degree. She is currently a doctoral supervisor and third-level professor with the School of Economics and Management of Northwest University. She is mainly engaged in the research, practice and teaching of regional economics, rural revitalization and the “Belt and Road”.

She is also executive director of the China Society of Industrial Economics, executive director of the National Association of Regional Scientific Research and deputy director of the academic committee of the “Belt and Road”, and executive director of the Shaanxi Provincial Research Association of Regional Economy, etc. She has published more than 70 academic papers and undertaken 12 scientific research projects, including the National Social Science Fund Project, the Ministry of Education Humanity and Social Science Research Project, and the Social Science Fund Project of Shaanxi Province. She has won many awards, including the Award for Outstanding Achievement in Philosophy and Social Sciences of Shaanxi Province, the First Prize for Outstanding Achievement in Philosophy and Social Sciences of Xi'an City, and the First Prize for Humanities and Social Sciences of Shaanxi Provincial Institutions of Higher Learning.
